Accountability before a scoreboard

We will publish the first impact note after the first completed project. Until then, here is how we will measure.

• People with newly reliable drinking water
• Sanitation facilities still in use at 90 days
• Workshop completers who can demonstrate a skill — not vanity attendance

Zero projects published is more trustworthy than an invented counter.
