Process
How an engagement works
The paid core is a funding-readiness diagnosis. Implementation is optional and only starts after you have seen the findings. A consult is available if you want to test fit before you buy.
- 1
Request
You submit an assessment request or book a consult. We review it within two business days. Submitting a form does not start paid work.
- 2
Materials
We send a materials list: organizing documents, financials, budget, program descriptions, policies, recent proposals or declines if you will share them, and a note on the funding you intend to pursue. If a document does not exist, say so. Missing artifacts are often the finding.
- 3
Discovery
We read what you send. We may schedule one 60–90 minute conversation. We do not invent data. If we cannot see it, we record it as unseen.
- 4
Diagnosis and recommendations
You receive a written readiness picture, diagnostic findings, prioritized recommendations, and a suggested sequence. Then a 60-minute debrief.
- 5
Optional implementation
Selected improvements, separately scoped. Not a grant-writing lottery ticket. Not priced on a win.
Timing
Reply within 2 business days. Consult 30 minutes. Diagnosis 3–5 weeks after complete materials (a Snapshot can be 10–14 business days). Implementation sprints 2–6 weeks unless scoped otherwise. Incomplete materials pause the clock.
This process is not a fundraising campaign and not a donation intake. We do not guarantee funding.
After you submit: a person reviews the request. We reply within two business days. Paid work does not start until both sides accept an engagement letter.
Next step
A request is not an engagement.
If you want a written picture of readiness, start an assessment. If you want to test fit first, book a 30-minute consult.
