Professional fees, stated before work starts
You buy time and written judgment. You do not buy an award. Fees are fixed or capped in an engagement letter. We do not take a percentage of funding. We do not guarantee funding.
Readiness Snapshot — $1,800–$2,400
Document review and a short written picture. 10–14 business days after complete materials. For organizations that need a first honest pass, not a full diagnostic.
Funding-readiness diagnosis — $4,800–$7,200
The default product. Written readiness picture, diagnostic findings, prioritized recommendations, debrief. 3–5 weeks after complete materials.
Diagnostic Intensive — $9,500–$14,000
Deeper interviews, more entities or programs, leadership session. 5–8 weeks. Used when a Snapshot or standard diagnosis is not enough.
Implementation assistance — typically $1,800–$7,500 per defined sprint
Sold after diagnosis. 2–6 weeks unless scoped otherwise. Quoted from the findings, not from a blank form.
How billing works
Scope and fee in writing before paid work. Assessment is typically invoiced at engagement, or 50% to start and 50% before the debrief. Implementation is invoiced on a schedule tied to the sprint, not to a funder’s decision.
What we will not price
